Export authority records from an export list

Export an individual authority record using TCP/IP
In order to export records with TCP/IP, you must have it profiled in your export preferences.
- From the authority record editor, click Record in the top navigation.
- From the Record drop-down menu, select the Send to flyout menu then select Local System (via TCP/IP).
Export multiple records using TCP/IP
- In the left navigation, select Export Lists and then select the Authority tab.
- Click the name of the list you want to export.
- (Optional) If you would like to remove any records from the export, select the check box next to the record(s), then click the Delete button at the top of the list.
- Click Export and select Send to local system (via TCP/IP) from the drop-down menu.
Export multiple records to your local machine
- In the left navigation, select Export Lists and then select the Authority tab.
- Click the name of the list you want to export records from.
- (Optional) If you would like to remove any records from the export, select the check box next to the record(s), then click the Delete button at the top of the list.
- Click Export and select Send to my computer. The browser then prompts you to open or save the exported file.
- Select Save File and then click OK.
