I am receiving multiple MARC record files from my collection delivery and only want one. How do I change this?

Answer

1. Navigate to the WorldShare > Collection Manger > Collection > MARC Holdings and MARC Records > Record Delivery
2. Click the Change button for Delivery File Output
3. For the record delivery templat you're using, ensure that Isolate this file output from other collection activity is checked.
4. If this is a query collection, you will need to recreate the collection. If this is a knowledge base collection, you will need to wait for the next delivery or set the collection up to deliver a full set of records.
