I am manually entering a print book into a Knowledge Base collection, but there is no format to select for print book.

Symptom
  • When manually entering a print book into a Knowledge Base collection, I am given a template that does not have the format type for print book.

  • WorldShare Collection Manager  
Resolution

Choose e-Book from the format selection menu.  This will allow you to enter in an ISBN.
