There is no link appearing on the WorldCat records we harvested in Digital Collection Gateway.

Symptom
  • We set up a collection to be harvested in Digital Collection Gateway
  • The records were correctly harvested, but no link appears on the records

Resolution

The links need to be set up to map from the records inside your repository

  1. Log into Digital Collection Gateway. 
  2. Go to the Collection list screen.
  3. Under the Metadata map column, select edit for the collection you would like to map.
  4. Click on view unmapped fields in the upper right hand corner under the More dropdown menu.
  5. Go to the View Online section and click Edit Mapping.
  6. Choose the field to map  from the dropdown menu of your repository record.
  7. Click on Approve Map & Sync.
