Unable to create either a new macro book or new macro under an existing book title
Symptom
- Connexion client crashes when you attempt to create either a new macro book or a new macro under an existing book.

Resolution
Connexion client 2.63 macros and macro books are stored at C:\Program Files (x86)\OCLC. Because this location is read-only to standard users, the client crashes when macros or macro books are edited or created.
To fix
1. Contact your IT department to grant read-write access to the OCLC folder.
2. Once access is granted, you can create or edit macros and macro books.
Note
In Connexion client 3.x, macros and macro books have been relocated to user-owned space (%AppData%), resolving the access issue.
