Macro Organizer

Find out how to access and use the Macro Organizer window in Connexion client.

Purpose of the Macro Organizer window

  • Create or rename a macro book (file of macros).
  • Delete a macro from a macro book or delete a macro book.
  • Move or copy from one macro book to another.

Caution: You can use the macro organizer for duplicating and moving shorter macros. However, if you want to duplicate or move lengthy macros, a safer technique is to copy and paste directly from one macro to another using the macro editor.

Access the Macro Organizer window

  1. Navigate to Tools > Macros > Manage or press <Ctrl><Alt><Shift><G>. In the Macro window, click Organizer.
  2. Use features of this window to work with macro books and macros as described in the table below.
  3. Click Close.
