To obtain a list of your holdings during a specific subscription or date range (setholds), create a Query collection and use MARC delivery filters to query by desired date range.
For the WorldCat Selection Criteria, use the holding library search label (li:) with your OCLC symbol (for example: li:ocl). Set the MARC delivery filter Filter by date to your subscription period. Under the MARC Records accordion, enable record delivery for your collection.
The resulting file of MARC records will be delivered to MyFiles and can then be used to create a spreadsheet or report. This may require the use of a third-party tool like MarcEdit.
