Unable to see CONTENTdm collection in the Website Configuration tool

Symptom
  • A collection within CONTENTdm Administration does not appear in the Website Configuration Tool
Applies to
  • CONTENTdm
Resolution

The collection is likely restricted either by IP address or user name. Within CONTENTdm Administration, go to Collections > Profile > Edit > Permissions and add the necessary IP address or user name.

If the collection still does not appear in the Website Configuration Tool, contact OCLC Support and provide the user name that can't see the collection as well as the collection that is not appearing.
