Internal error in IPP Library in CONTENTdm compound object import

Symptom
  • You get the error "Internal Error in IPP Library" when importing a compound object into a Project client collection.
Applies to
  • CONTENTdm
Resolution

 

The Project Client > Project > Project Settings Manager > Images and Thumbnails > File Type : JPEG > Maximum Display dimensions is set to 0 x 0. Change it to something else and the error will go away.
