How to manually remove a suspension from a patron's account

Answer

You'll just need to update their suspension end date/time. Here is what to do:

1. Open the patron's profile in WMS Circulation
2. Go to the Suspension tab.
3. Click Update suspension.
4. You can use the same Suspension reason as before. For Suspend until, enter a date and time. To cancel the suspension, you could choose a time of approximately 30 seconds in the future. This effectively updates the end date/time for their existing suspension, allowing the suspension to end in approximately 30 seconds.
