If you remove all fines, this will also remove fine limits for borrowers (though loan limits will not be affected). In their place, you have the option to use suspensions. Please be aware that this can only be initiated when the item(s) are returned late or renewed but not while they are still out on loan. Suspended patrons attempting to place holds or renew items in WorldCat Discovery or My Account will be notified that their accounts are blocked.
