Why do we see the error "28" in MuseumKey when trying to check out a pass to a patron?
Symptom
- A red message box appears on the screen with the number "28" inside.

- MuseumKey
- LendingKey
Resolution
This usually means that we cannot connect to the ILS, for whatever reason. Check with your system administrator to see if anything on your side would prevent OCLC from being able to connect to your system. If you can't find any obvious issues with the ILS, please contact OCLC Support.
