Overview

With the CapiraMobile Staff Dashboard, you can curate your library's CapiraMobile app experience to allow patrons to interact with your library's services and catalog when and where they want to.

  • ILS Integration - Easily connects with SIP2 or API products provided by your ILS vendor and other external providers.
  • Manage branches and pickup locations - With the help of OCLC, add your library's individual branch locations and then configure them any time on your own in the CapiraMobile Staff Dashboard by adding location details, images and more. Libraries also have the ability to add and remove pickup locations seamlessly through the Staff Dashboard.
  • Customize patron account options - Enable and disable search and event filters, manage mobile checkout, customize what patrons see in their personal accounts, choose if you would like to display your locations on an interactive map, and more.
  • Create and edit styles - Enjoy extensive control over how your library's app looks by setting navigation colors, uploading your own branded images, and customizing individual screens.
  • Highlight your collection - Create carousels to feature up to 20 pre-created collections from your library's catalog, such as new releases, popular fiction titles or popular action movies. Carousels are created using an ILS record set code.
  • Send alerts and notifications - Notify library users of everything from new services to emergency closures by utilizing alert types. Alerts will appear automatically on the mobile device that the patron used to download the app.
  • Deploy to popular app stores - Deploy your library's CapiraMobile to the Google Play store and the Apple store.
