This site can't be reached error when bringing up your WorldShare instance

Symptom

• You get the error "This site can't be reached" when you bring up your library's WorldShare instance.

• WorldShare 

Resolution

Try going to the following URL instead:

https://<your site's instance name>.worldcat.org/wms

If switching to that URL does not resolve the error, contact OCLC Support with your name, library symbol, the error and the URL you have been going to. 

Additional information

You can find your site's instance name in Service Configuration under WorldCat Discovery and WorldCat Local > User Interface Options > Your WorldCat.org URL tab. It will appear after the https:// protocol, but before the "on.worldcat.org".
