Role Description
Everyone

This check box must remain selected.

License Manager Admin

Staff members with this role can:

  • Perform all tasks in License Manager
  • Create, edit, and delete other user accounts
  • View and run License Manager reports from the Analytics module
  • Use Collection Manager to create and edit e-resource collections via knowledge base collections
  • Access OCLC Service Configuration
License Manager Reports Viewer Staff members with this role can view and run License Manager reports from the Analytics module.
License Manager Supervisor

Staff members with this role can:

  • Perform all tasks in License Manager
License Manager Staff

Staff members with this role:

  • Have read-only access but cannot perform tasks in License Manager or manage other user accounts
