Why is my old constant data appearing in requests?

Answer
Once your constant data has been updated, the new information will appear in new requests received going forward. Requests that have already been received and sent cannot be retroactively changed.
If you're seeing your old constant data appearing in new requests after the change, please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. If the new data still isn't appearing, contact OCLC Support.
