Why does the email field duplicate when I setup a notification

  • In WorldShare Interlibrary Loan > Service Configuration > WorldShare ILL > InterLibrary Loan Options, email notifications, when adding a Recipient email address and Saving, all the email address fields populate with the same email

Repeat the process, delete the duplicate email addresses and Save:

  1. Check your browser settings for Auto fill and disable.
