Why do I receive an error when creating a new automation?

Symptom

• You receive the error: An error has occurred creating the new automation Please check the data and ty again or contact OCLC support for assistance.

Resolution

Confirm that your new automation has a unique name, and that you are not reusing the name of an existing automation.
