With how the Usage Statistics reports are generated, sometimes requests that are shortly after a full month cut-off, such as the 1st or 2nd day of the month, will have requests with IFM activity that is captured on an invoice but not in the Usage report.
These should appear on your next invoice and report, and the billing on the invoice should be less to reflect the charge applied to the previous month.
