We are finding some ILL requests with a status of Closed (Cancelled), but we don’t remember cancelling them

Answer
When a request is in "New for Review" status, it will stay in this status for:
- 14 system days if it is a loan request
- 7 system days if it is a copy request.
Unless acted upon by the library staff, the request will be cancelled by the system.
