Edit lending requests
Learn how to edit fields on a lending request in WorldShare Interlibrary Loan.
Editable fields
Lenders may edit some request details before they respond Yes. The following fields are editable:
- Type (Loan/Copy)
- Shipped Date (a value is required in this field)
- Local ID
- Lending charges
- Insurance amount
- Lending notes
- Lending restrictions
- Return via
- Return to
- Address fields
Note: Other fields are editable, as necessary.
Edit fields on a lending request
To edit fields on a lending request:
- Open a lending request.
- Edit any desired fields by typing in the box provided.
- Optional. To locate citation information, search for the Article title or Title using the External search options, including Google Scholar, Google Books, and Google.com.
- Click Save. A confirmation message appears, and the request is updated.
