I'm trying to add roles to a Tipasa user account and I don't see the Roles accordion
Symptom
- You want to add a role to a user's account in Tipasa but you don't see the roles accordion. You may only see the Basic User Data, Notes and Custom Data sections. You are likely in the Interlibrary Loan tab under Find Patrons.

Resolution
Make sure you are on the Admin tab in WorldShare instead of the Interlibrary Loan tab. Roles can only be added by viewing the user's account in the Admin tab.
