Why doesn't my custom notification autopopulate the patron's email address?

In OCLC Service Configuration navigate to WorldShare ILL > Notifications. Check and make sure the custom notification recipient is not set to Any. Recipient settings can be found under the custom notification in question by clicking the "Edit Settings" button. 

If it is set to Any, library staff will need to supply an email address when sending the custom notification.  It will not automatically populate.
