- Article Exchange request has come in but there is no option to mark it as received.
- WorldShare Interlibrary Loan
This may be due to cached data in your browser.
- Try clearing your cache, signing out of WorldShare then close the browser
- Sign back in to WorldShare, find the request. The Mark as Received button should now be visible when you click into the request.
