When we try to open the Tipasa ILL request form a different ILL template displays instead.
Symptom
- The Tipasa ILL template should display when a user clicks on a link to request a copy. Instead, what displays appears to be a WorldCat Discovery ILL template.

Resolution
The Discovery work form is appearing due to settings inside your service configuration.
- Log into OCLC Service Configuration
- Click WorldCat Discovery and WorldCat Local > Place Hold/Request Buttons >Resource Sharing (Any Level)
- In the Type of button configuration field, select None from the drop down menu
- Click Save
