The return to and return via information is missing from our ILL print outs

Symptom

• The return to and return via information is missing when you print book straps from WorldShare ILL or Tipasa
• Constant data is not showing when you print from WorldShare ILL or Tipasa

Applies to

• Tipasa
• WorldShare ILL

Resolution

Constant data will not show in the print if it has not been saved to the request.

1. Ensure information is displayed in the Lending Information accordion of the request.  
2. Select to print shipping labels and/or print book straps/stickers and make any additional changes needed to the request.
3. Click Save.
4. Attempt to print the book strap again.  

If this does not resolve the issue, please contact OCLC Support.
