I cannot remove the Need Before Date from Borrower Constant Data.
Symptom
- You can't save Borrower Constant Data without putting something in the Need Before Date field.

Resolution
The default CD record requires a Need Before date and is set to +30 by default. If you would like it to use today's date, you must enter the value "+00" into the field instead of nothing. This is working as designed.
Once the default record is set up, you can create additional constant data records that do not require the Need Before date to be set.
