Add Article Exchange as preferred delivery method

Learn how to add Article Exchange as a preferred delivery method in WorldShare Interlibrary Loan and Tipasa using the OCLC Policies Directory and OCLC Service Configuration.

Follow the instructions below to set Article Exchange as your preferred electronic delivery method.

  1. In OCLC Policies Directory, click on the Contacts tab.
  2. Click Add in the top right corner.
  3. Select "Article Exchange" from the Contact Type drop-down list.
  4. In the Email field, enter your ILL department's email address (or the email address of the individual who manages ILL for your library).
  5. Click Save.
  6. In OCLC Service Configuration, navigate to WorldShare ILL > Borrower Data.
  7. Select the "Article Exchange" from the Electronic Delivery Service choice drop down menu.

     Note: If Odyssey is selected for any of the Electronic Delivery Service choices, remove it.

  8. Click Save.
