Why doesn't Relais display an option to Renew a request?

If a request was processed with the Renewal option set to No, the request will not offer a renewal. In the Loan tab of the request, there should be an option to Reopen. Then, you should see a Yes/No option for Renewable.
Additional information
To correct or revert this, OCLC Support will set the RENEW_FLAG in ID_LOAN_TRACKING to 'Y'.
