Files uploaded with the Relais Scanner are not being moved to delivery.
Symptom
- Files that have been uploaded with the Relais Scanner are stuck when they should be moved to delivery
Applies to
- Relais ILL
- Relais File Transfer Service (RFTS)
Resolution
This issue can typically be resolved by restarting the Relais File Transfer Service (RFTS). To do so:
- Open the local workstation's Services application.
- Find Relais - File Transfer Service.
- Right-click on it and select Restart.
