A request in Relais will not complete in Staff Portal

Symptom
  • A request cannot be completed
Applies to
  • Relais
Resolution

If a request cannot be returned in the portal, use the Window Client:

  1. Enter the request number
  2. View the request
  3. Click Loan Tracking
  4. Set the Loan Code to Returned
  5. Click update

The loan should now be complete.
