Why are there requests in WS ILL for review when they have been fulfilled in ILLiad?

Occasionally, a transaction will fail Direct Request, and you will see a note in the notes field on the Detail tab in the ILLiad Client. In most cases, the request is still filled and processed. However, the failed attempt appears in the New for Review section of WorldShare ILL.
The Request ID on the for-review record will not match that of the ILL Number on the transaction that has been correctly processed, and it can be Canceled from WorldShare ILL without impact. All failed Direct Request items show in the New for Review queue in WS ILL. You do not have to touch these items they will eventually age out of the system.
