When I use Google Scholar and I try to import the PDF into Lending Scanning, the ILLiad Client shuts down
Symptom
- You have a lending request and you are using the Google Scholar Addon. When you Mark Found and Scan Now, or you go to Awaiting Lending Scanning and you put in the Transaction Number and you try to import the file, the ILLiad Client shuts down.

Resolution
Sometimes a PDF file will not work with ILLiad directly. You will need to print the file out and scan it into ILLiad and then you will be able to deliver the article.
