When I am selecting requests to print I get a message about the requests added to a file, but it does not print the file

Symptom

• You are printing requests from a queue or a list and getting a message that says something like "4 requests added to printed.xlsx"

Resolution

When you are printing a group of requests, you are following the Batch Printing process.  When you are printing, you will see one of these messages:

1. If you are printing in Borrowing or Doc Del (Document Delivery), you will see the number of requests added to Printed.xlsx.
2. If you are printing in Lending, you will see the number of requests added to Lprinted.xlsx.
