None of my ILLiad Services are running and my SQL Server is on a different server
Symptom
- None of your ILLiad Services are running and my SQL Server is on a different server

Resolution
You should do the following to troubleshoot and possibly fix the issue:
- Look at your Event Viewer and see what the services are showing as the error.
- You might need to restart the SQL server or find out what the issue is there.
- If you restart the SQL Server, then I would suggest restarting the ILLiad Web Server and wait five minutes to see if the services start up correctly.
If the services do not start up, please contact OCLC Support so that we can troubleshoot the issue.
