Is there anything OCLC can do about Lenders holdings for Electronic articles that are missing?

It is up to each library to keep its holdings up to date, so it is best for you to encourage your possible lenders to keep their holdings up to date. Note that most libraries do not lend electronic articles due to licensing restrictions.
