Why is there no shelf location and call number displaying for an item I hold?

The shelf location and call number may not be displaying if you have not input copy data for this title.
- Search for the item by OCN in Record Manager
- Locate the item in the search results and select "Open Details"
- From the top right of the page, select "Copies"
- Create a new entry with the appropriate data relevant to this title, and save the details
