Why do I receive an error when I try to use a search facet in Record Manager?

When searching in Record Manager, you may receive the following error after using a facet: "No records found."
This can be caused by using a stop word as your only search term. A stop word is used for the keyword index, so for this search, it is working as designed. Results will still initially display if the stop word is the only word in the search, which is why results initially appear, but you get zero results when you apply any facets.
To use a stop word as the only search term and use facets, include quotations around the search. If you still see the error, contact OCLC Support.
