When I try to add records to an Export List, I get the message, "An error occurred on the server, please try again later or contact support."

Resolution
When we see this error, we often find that it's corrupt data in the export preferences. Please try these steps:
- Record or take a screenshot of your current export preferences.
- Try erasing/saving or resetting/saving your export preferences.
