Incorrect record display in WorldShare Record Manager
Symptom
- Records are displayed incorrectly in WorldShare Record Manager
- There are excess blank rows, fields are odd sizes, etc.
- Rows appear stacked, with multiple rows showing for a single field

Resolution
Check to see if your browser is running any extensions, particularly ad blockers. Ad blockers can often prevent the fields in Record Manager from rendering correctly. For example, the adBlocker uBlock Origin can cause this issue. Try disabling the extension and reopening WorldShare.
Another way to test this would be to open WorldShare in a private or incognito window, which should disable extensions by default. If you still see this issue even after disabling all of your extensions, contact OCLC Support with the steps you have tried so far, your browser version, and the names of any extensions you had running.
