Unable to export bibliographic records from Record Manager to ALMA over TCP/IP
Symptom
- I am unable to export bibliographic records from Record Manager to ALMA over TCP/IP.
- Record Manager says a record exported via TCP/IP, but the record does not appear in the local system (ILS)

Resolution
It is recommended that when exporting bibliographic records to Alma ILS that a password of over ten characters is used. This password will need to be changed locally in Alma.
To review your TCP/IP settings for exporting in Record Manager:
- Select User Preferences
- Select Exporting Bibliographic Records
- Select the TCP/IP tab
- Under Authentication options dropdown choose Logon ID
- The ID and password settings will now display
