Why am I getting an "Unable to Export" error message when exporting to Alma?
Symptom
- When I try to batch export many records via TCP/IP to Alma, my export list displays an "Unable to Export" error. Usually the records will export successfully to Alma regardless of the error message.

Resolution
Try turning off the "Use Messaging" button in the TCP/IP settings. This setting is found here:
Record Manager > User Preferences > Exporting - Bibliographic Records > TCP/IP > Gateway Export Response Messaging
