Why am I getting a server communication error when trying to upload or download files through Collection Manager?

If you receive the error when downloading:
The account could be missing roles needed to use Collection Manager. Assign Collection Manager roles to the account, clear cache and cookies, and attempt to download the file again. If you still receive that error, contact OCLC Support.
If you receive the error when uploading:
The WorldShare Collection Manager interface works with a library's OCLC SFTP account to allow file uploads and downloads. If there is an issue with a library's SFTP account, users may see a server communication error message. If you are seeing an error message, please contact OCLC Support and include the following information if possible:
- The type and size of the file being uploaded
- A full page screenshot of the error message
