KBART upload is stuck on the "upload is being processed" message

Symptom

  • You're trying to upload a KBART file to a collection and it's taking longer than normal. The message is stuck on:
    "Upload is being processed. Check back later to retrieve your preview report. You will need to approve the upload before it is complete."

Applies to

  • WorldShare Collection Manager

Resolution

It can take a few minutes for an upload to be processed. Give it some more time, and if it still says "upload is being processed," try uploading the file again. If that doesn't work, contact OCLC Support with the following information:

  • Your library's OCLC symbol
  • Collection ID
  • Attach the KBART file you're trying to upload
  • A description of the problem and the approximate time you tried uploading the file
