How do I download a list of all our selected collections from Collection Manager?

You can download a file that includes the collection name and ID of all selected collections, as well as the number of selected titles and available titles in each. Follow the steps below:
- Go to WorldShare > Metadata > Collection Manager > My Files > Download
- Click on KB Downloads, choose My Selected Collections as the Download Type
- Click Download
- Open the file in Excel or a similar program
Alternatively, go to WorldShare > Metadata > Collection Manager > Institution Settings > Proxy and Authentication > Download Authentication, and click the link to download your full KBART file (including collection details). Note that download can be very large.
