Failed: Unable to save collection with ID "example.id". The collection no longer exists.

Symptom

  • When you try to turn on MARC record delivery for a knowledge base collection in Collection Manager, you get the error message.

Resolution

This error occurs when you try to enable MARC record delivery without first selecting the collection. Try selecting the collection first, then enabling MARC record delivery second.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, please contact OCLC Support with the error message and the collection ID.
