Institution notes and personal notes

Institution notes Personal notes
Can be created only by users with a site license. Can be created by any user of WebDewey.
Accessible to all users at an institution. Accessible only to the user who creates the note.
Associated with OCLC institution symbol. Associated with a user's authorization number.  
Reside in library's Dewey notes database.

The same database contains personal notes created by authorized staff.
For single users, the Dewey notes database contains only personal notes.

For institutions (site licenses), the Dewey notes database contains both institution notes and personal notes.
