Discover how to view the history of changes for an entity in OCLC Meridian.
The history screen allows you to view a list of individual updates and activity for an entity. To view the history, click the History tab in the top navigation while viewing an entity's details. Activity is listed in chronological order, with the most recent update appearing first.
The history table contains the following columns for each entry:
Information type
Description
Date
The date and time that the activity took place.
Institution
The institution number for the account that initiated the activity.
Activity
The type of change that occured for the entity (e.g. update, create, replace).
Property
The property that the activity applies to.
Value
The updated value as a result of the activity, if applicable.
