After an upload of a holdings file from an alternate or third-party knowledge base, details about file processing will be available in approximately 1-2 days.
After an upload of a holdings file from an alternate or third-party knowledge base, details about file processing will be available in approximately 1-2 days.
Once you open the activity, you will see a screen that shows the collections that were included in the file. Use the Download Reports drop-down to find reports. Three reports are available for download when relevant:
The reports contain information about the collections and titles that were included in the file upload and summarize the total number of mapped titles.
From the list of collections, clicking on Title Changes for each of the collections will bring you to a page that shows how titles were changed in that collection.
From each collection's Title Changes page, you can Download a detailed report.
The following columns in the Summary Report contain data about your library’s holdings file.

Collection name from source file | The name of the collection as listed in the Alternate Knowledge Base Supplier Holdings File. |
OCLC collection id mapped | The Collection ID for the matched collection in the WorldCat knowledge base. If the OCLCId column is empty and the Size(Loaded) column is 0, no matching collection was found. |
KB Supplier collection id | A unique identifier for the collection in the Alternate Knowledge Base Supplier Holdings File. |
No. of titles in source file | The number of titles in the collection as listed in the Alternate Knowledge Base Supplier Holdings File. |
No. of titles mapped | The number of titles selected for the matched collection in the WorldCat knowledge base. If the OCLCId column is empty and the Size(Loaded) column is “-“, no matching titles were found. |
Has collection been mapped more than once? | If set to true, the OCLC KB collection was mapped to several collections from the source file and exists in multiple lines within the Summary report. |

Collection name from source file | The name of the collection as listed in the Alternate Knowledge Base Supplier Holdings File. |
Duplicate Collection in source file? | If set to true, entries of the collection were duplicated within the Alternate Knowledge Base Supplier Holdings File. |
No. of titles in source file | The number of titles in the collection as listed in the Alternate Knowledge Base Supplier Holdings File. |
No. of titles in source file which were not mapped | The number of titles not mapped from the Alternate Knowledge Base Supplier Holdings File upload. |
The Titles Unmapped Report contains all titles from collections unmapped in KBART format. For more information about these fields, please see KBART values.
