Why am I seeing "Unable to validate record"?

There is currently an issue with the validation feature in the WorldCat Digital Collection Gateway UI. The phrase "Unable to validate record" will always be present in the UI. Harvesting and WorldCat Digital Collection Gateway processing are not impacted.
